Church day celebration at CSI Peringammala 2012

The church day of CSI Perigammala was celebrated on 19 Feb 2012. The church was illuminated as part of the celebration. Below are few snaps of the celebration from the church.

Pulkoodu (Crib) Creation Contest at CSI Peringammala

Festivals always bring joy on this. Its the huge spirit that brings friends/relatives together. Yet another festive season has just gone past. We had enough of celebrations/decorations during this period. Festive seasons are always the right time to decorate the street with illuminations. Its always pleasure to watch these decorations during the night time. But there are few things which catch our eyes other than illuminations. One among those is the creation of Pulkoodu (Crib) during the Christmas days.

Easter Procession at CSI, Peringammala

It was a pleasant morning with all the right things to celebrate Easter. All the devotees gathered in front of the church in the early morning. There was a beautiful float prepared for the procession. The procession started from CSI, Peringammala, with the lovely music from the band troop, all the devotees were singing and enjoying each step of the procession. The basic idea is to spread the resurrection of Jesus Christ to the whole world. Below is a snap of the float from the procession. I wish every one a hearty Easter.
